1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

2 Acceptance of Terms

4 Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Requirements

Submission of false or misleading information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

4.2 One Account Policy

5 Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

99bdo accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and major credit and debit cards. All payment methods must be registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited and will be reversed to the source payment method.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount at 99bdo is ₱100.00 Philippine Peso. Deposit limits may be subject to change from time to time and specific limits may apply to individual payment methods. Players may also set personal deposit limits through their account settings as part of 99bdo's responsible gaming tools.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on the 99bdo platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 6 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Requirements

Withdrawals may only be requested after KYC verification has been successfully completed. Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. 99bdo reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

6.2 Processing Timeframes

99bdo aims to process all withdrawal requests promptly. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within one (1) to three (3) hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals via BDO, BPI, or Metrobank are generally processed within the same business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Prior to requesting a withdrawal, Players must ensure that all active Bonus Funds wagering requirements have been met. Where a Player has an active bonus with unmet wagering requirements, only Real Money Funds may be withdrawn, subject to the specific bonus terms applicable to that promotion.

6.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 99bdo reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy fee to inactive accounts in accordance with its dormancy policy. Players will be notified by email prior to any such deductions. Remaining balances will be returned to the Player upon account reactivation following successful identity verification.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

Where there is any conflict between general bonus terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds credited to a 99bdo account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds. 7.3 Bonus Eligibility & Abuse

8 Gaming Rules

All games available on the 99bdo platform are governed by individual game rules made available within the game interface. In the event of any discrepancy between the displayed rules and the outcome of a game session, the records maintained by 99bdo's server logs shall be considered authoritative.

99bdo employs certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual games. 12 Responsible Gaming

13 Limitation of Liability

14 Account Termination & Closure

14.1 Termination by Player

You may close your 99bdo account at any time by submitting a written request to our customer support team. Upon receipt of your closure request, 99bdo will process the closure within a reasonable timeframe and return any remaining Real Money Funds to your verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal procedures and KYC requirements.

14.2 Termination by 99bdo

99bdo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9, or where required by applicable law or regulatory directive.

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure, all pending Bonus Funds and their associated winnings shall be forfeited. Real Money Funds will be returned to the verified account holder subject to fraud review. Any winnings obtained through prohibited conduct will be voided in their entirety.
